Hi I can proudly say this is a very good and authentic garage to visit. I’m a women and I don’t like going to garages. I don’t know much about cars and you can get charged extra without knowing. I was looking for a Mercedes approved garage and came across this. Moe has been extremely helpful and trustworthy. I can say my car was in safe hands. No awkward feelings and best thing is it’s Mercedes approved.
I had visited this shop for the first time, I can gladly say I was grateful to find a garage like this. There are so many garages out there but none are like this one. I can guarantee you will not have a bad experience. The Owner Mo and his staff are fantastic and work efficiently. He gets the work done on time and is very truthful which is hard to find nowadays. He told me exactly what kind of problems my car had. Also he advised the minor and major problems. He’s not the type to try scam people for money and is really genuine. The best thing about the garage is that its a Mercedes specialist and all his parts are genuine and brand new. He also sent me videos of my car and the old parts and new parts and kept me updated. Overall, i would definitely recommend this garage to a lot of people, especially if you got a mercedes car.

I have E class mercedes with Nox upstream sensor fault After trying 2 different garages, facing expensive proposal I took my car to Mohamed He solved the issue quickly and very cost effectively, diligently fixing the fault, this was a first class experience. Knowledgable, helpful and highly recommended.
I had a lower control arm replaced there and was very happy with the service. I got good price and the job was done quickly. The guy working there is knowledgeble and has Mercedes Star system-the one they use in Mercedes dealerships. A+++
I went to Automo because I had a problem with the camshaft in my S-Class. The price quoted was better than anyone, and the time I was off the road was less than 2 days. But the reason I'm writing this is simple.I have always had my car serviced at a main dealer, but never has it driven as perfectly as the day I drove away from Automo, It was like a brand new car!So if you're fed up of paying over the odds for repairs or servicing, give these boys a try. Just because the facilities don't look like the business class lounge at Heathrow, don't be put off. These boys are A1 mechenics. Give them A try. Your car and wallet will appreciate it.

My MB C class 2009 rear frame had corroded, luckily it was under MB anti-rust warranty, so got it done free at MB garage. When I went to other garages prior, they quoted 2k and didn’t mention the MB warranty, but only Mo told me, being a MB specialist, to relax and he sorted it. Will be returning for future car services, trustworthy guy. Would highly recommend.
The service and knowledge demonstrated by Mo and team were excellent. On par if not better than any MB dealer I have engaged with. They promptly managed to service my MB GLC 250d and their knowledge and experience proved useful in identifying potential issues and remedying these mitigating any long term problems and significant cost. From my short time at Autoshop, it was very easy to spot that Mo is a very knowledgeable person, as well as passionate about his work. What can I say other than the fact that I have never been to a mechanic who has gone over and beyond to get my car sorted! Took my car to Mo after RAC came and ‘sorted it’ but I broke down on my way to the garage. Mo came and met me and took my car back. After a couple of days of investigation, he managed to get it up and running again. He advised of what he was doing every step of the way with video proof and explanation of what was wrong. He spent what must have been hours diagnosing and getting to the root of the issues and I got my baby back! He only uses genuine Mercedes parts and she’s running smoothly.I cannot thank him enough for his time and patience with my car (she had a lot of issues) and HIGHLY recommend him to everyone who loves their car as much as I do! I won’t be going anywhere else ever again! Thank you Mo.
I had a severe ongoing problem with my car which I've taken to other mechanics for and they didn't resolve the problem, however, after visiting Mo today which I happened to find by luck, he put serious effort and would not stop running diagnostics until the issue was pin-pointed and found, his knowledge and expertise on cars, specifically Mercedes, was clear to see. Even with my car of 15 yrs young he still shows outstanding professionalism to get my car in tip top condition . I had my bmw bumped into whilst parked - hit a run type situation - with some damage/displacement to the front grills including the electrical shutters behind. Had a choice to take it to the bmw service and claim through insurance, but luckily found The Shop Automo on a quick google search. They had the car fixed and put into its original shape in about 1hr. No doubt that if I took it to BMW , I would’ve had to drop the car for the whole day, but the Shop Automo did it whilst I waited. Moreover, watching them work on my car so carefully and taking the opportunity to explain to me continuously every decision they made as they worked on my car, was a real pleasure. I feel that I found a local car engineer that I can fully trust with my car. Needless to say that the cost was a lot less than what BMW would’ve charged.I will be going back for more for sure and I highly recommend that you give them a try too. These guys don’t disappoint, they simply do honest high quality car repairs at very affordable prices.

Outstanding service by the owner who places the interests of customers above concerns for profit, which seems to drive all other businesses these days. Mo easily saved me £1,000 compared to the quote I got from Mercedes. He investigated the problem throughly and replaced only the part that needed replacement rather than the whole module as Mercedes would have done. Thanks, Mo.
My car battery kept draining, I took the car to Mo on 14th January 2021. Mo Kept the car for a week carried out all the necessary diagnostics but could not find anything reason for the battery drainage. He was very clear that the alternator was not faulty. Contrary to other mechanics who eluded to the alternator being the problem. Having spent a week assessing the car this amazingly kind man did not charge me anything for his time! Now don't go looking for a free diagnostics or repair. What you will receive is honesty, reliability and great customer care. Its so hard to find a good mechanic these days. So much so that if I change my car I would have to buy another Mercedes simply because I have discovered an amazing mercedes specialist! Thank you Mo.
